We’re a hotel directory, not a booking service. Juspur does not:

  • Manage reservations
  • Issue refunds
  • Make changes to your booking

When you decide to book a hotel listed on our site, the transaction happens between you and that hotel (or booking platform). Your confirmation, charges, and refund options are all handled by them.

Juspur does not provide customer support for reservations made through outside platforms.
